How do I check/track my order status?
You can easily check and track your order status by using our ‘Order Tracking’ function. Alternatively, you can drop us a Whatsapp message anytime to ask us any questions about your order.
How do I place an order?
Simply pick your desired products (feel free to ask us for advice on specific supplements) and add them to your basket. Then, just follow the checkout process which will guide you through your payment options.
When will my order be processed?
Our fast and efficient services mean that we process your order the very same day. You should then expect to get it within 2-3 working days in the UK (we also post out on Saturday’s). International orders are processed just as fast, but can take between 7-15 days to arrive depending on the destination.
Can I cancel or change my order once complete?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders as they come in, with same day delivery guaranteed – so you should expect to get your order within 2-3 days within the UK. International orders are processed just as fast, but can take between 7-15 days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements (unless your products arrived damaged or unsealed). Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please contact us before returning any items though as we’ll do our best to rectify this and see what went wrong.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. All available options and rates will be shown at checkout, or just drop us a Whatsapp if you have any questions.
What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@rawnutrients.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes, all products are completely safe. All our supplements are manufactured in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are third-party tested for quality, purity, and safety.
How do I know which supplement is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed descriptions, ingredients, and benefits. If you’re unsure, consult your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement – we are in no position to give health advice though we can suggest what may work for you.
Can I take your supplements with other medications?
If you are taking prescription medication, pregnant, or breastfeeding, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before use – we cannot provide medical or health professional advice.
