Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment is received, however we will try to process any order made before 2pm that same day most of the time.
If you place an order over the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We offer express shipping with tracking through Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your shipping label is created.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, but tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to stay updated on your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please ensure you order the correct items for your research or nutritional needs.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and will provide prompt replacements where appropriate.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, we can resend it once it is returned. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
